We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various IT positions within our organization. Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track hiring processes.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Build relationships with potential candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Knowledge of various IT roles and technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
