We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Ensuring timely closures and meeting hiring targets
Managing offer rollouts and follow-ups with candidates
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years in IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of IT technologies and skill sets
Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
