Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers effectively.
- Experience in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards.
