We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT roles and the recruitment process, with a proven ability to attract top talent in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers effectively.
• Experience in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards.
