Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for international clients
- Focus on contract staffing in the EU / UK / INDIA region
- Source talent using LinkedIn RPS, job boards, internal tools, and referrals
- Pre-screen candidates for international fit (skills, experience, culture)
- Coordinate interview schedules across time zones
- Ensure timely follow-up on Interview schedules
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding
