Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and the specific qualifications required for each position.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, job boards, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
