Primary title: Technical Recruiter (IT Recruiter)
A fast-growing company in the IT Services & Software Development sector hiring engineering, product and cloud talent for national delivery centres and client-facing teams. We are expanding our on-site recruiting capability across India and seek a high-impact Technical Recruiter to own hiring for mid-to-senior engineering and product roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle technical recruitment for assigned roles: requisition intake sourcing screening interview coordination offer management onboarding handover.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow and job boards to build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct technical screens and coordinate coding assessments and interview loops with hiring managers and engineering leads; synthesize feedback and drive hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, generate recruitment metrics, and deliver regular hiring status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end offer process including salary discussions, negotiations, offer issuance and background check coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft clear job descriptions, define success profiles and continuously improve sourcing and interview processes.
