Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Conduct reference checks and background screening
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Definetely have experience on Contract to hire
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
