Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and more.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements.
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, location arrangements, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a positive interview experience through timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Support HR team in recruitment reporting and MIS tracking as needed.
