RECRUITER - Will engage with candidates already Sourced by the SOURCER

TEAM LEADER- Engages with candidates for Senior position and Leads the team of Sourcer & Recruiters

CRM/Account Manager - Basically Client front ending and Account management / interaction role

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to support our IT consulting and talent acquisition teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience identifying, engaging, and qualifying technical talent across multiple technologies, platforms, and project environments. Exposure to sourcing IT professionals for manufacturing sector requirements will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn,
• Understand technical job descriptions and map required skills, tools, and experience levels.
• Evaluate candidates experience in technologies, programming languages, platforms, and project environments.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and account teams to meet sourcing targets.
• Stay updated on current IT technologies, hiring trends, and talent market availability.

Required Technical Understanding

Hands-on familiarity with sourcing profiles across areas such as:

• Programming Languages: Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, C++, etc.
• Web & Frameworks: React, Angular, Node.js, Spring, Django, etc.
• Cloud & Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps tools, Kubernetes, Docker
• Data & Analytics: SQL, Data Engineering, BI tools, AI/ML basics
• Enterprise Systems: ERP, CRM, SAP, Salesforce (as applicable)
• Project Environments: Agile, Scrum, product development, support, implementation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT terminology, tools, and technology stacks
• Excellent search and Boolean sourcing skills
