Job Description

IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

NOTE: This is a freelance role and incentive based only.

In this role, you will understand IT Technical demands, Scouting, Opening and Managing Jobs and Creating content / posts for social networking sites.

Role and Responsibility (Below 6 responsibilities only):

  1. Sourcing of candidates by scouting and job applicants. 
  2. Work on specific JD with the Hiring Manager for finding exact matching talent.
  3. Review CVs and pre-screen candidates accurately against defined criteria of required IT skills.
  4. Discuss screened candidate with manager & set-up first interaction with the shortlisted candidate.
  5. Writing job ads by creating content for SNS platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Indeed etc.)
  6. Constant achievement of defined and accepted KPIs. 

Must Skills:

Strong knowledge and hands-on skills using LinkedIn and other ATS.

Experience in IT HR

Good to have:

Japanese language skills or interest in learning Japanese language
