Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT roles using job portals, networking, and social platforms
- Understand technical job requirements by closely coordinating with hiring managers and technical leads
- Conduct HR interviews to assess communication, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records regularly
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and support onboarding processes
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends, market insights, and competitive salary benchmarks
