- Search for associates / profile on Linkedin, Monster, and other job sites matching Job description
Primary filtering/Sourcing
Collect all details of candidate
Schedule and co-ordinate interviews with candidate and interview panel
Complete onboarding process
Connect with associates on weekly basis
Having more than 1 years of cumulative experience on any one technology i.e. SFDC / SAP / Oracle / Full Stack
Should have closed more than 10 positions in one of the above technologies
Should have good network on candidates
