Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background insourcing, screening, and onboardingSAP professionals across various domains. A key part of this role will be leveragingLinkedIn and other sourcing platformsto identify top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment forSAP roles, including functional, technical, and techno-functional positions.
  • Source candidates usingLinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conductpreliminary screening and assessmentsto match candidates with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and scheduleinterviewswith hiring managers and stakeholders.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

  • UtilizeLinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portalsfor proactive sourcing.
  • Engage with passive and active candidates, maintaining a strongtalent pipeline.
  • Build relationships with SAP professionals throughnetworking, cold outreach, and professional communities.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

  • Work closely withhiring managers and business leadersto understand SAP talent needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and hiring trends.

Process & Database Management:

  • Maintain an updated database of SAP candidates with detailed profiles.
  • Ensure smooth documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Track keyrecruitment metricssuch as TAT, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Required Skills & Experience:2-5 years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on SAP module hiring
  • Strong expertise inLinkedIn sourcing(Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules likeSAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP BW, SAP HANA, etc.
  • Hands-on experience withjob portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and managehigh-volume hiring.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience inoffer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Familiarity withATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)and recruitment CRM tools.
