• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for GCC/UAE roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with stakeholders
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

• 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience
• Experience in GCC/UAE hiring is mandatory
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
