We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruiting methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, systems administration, and network management.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
