IT Recruiter (Domestic)

Position: IT Recruiter (India hiring)

Location: Hyderabad (3 days onsite in a week)

Experience: 3-6 years

Role Overview:

ShimentoX is looking or a strong IT Recruiter with solid exposure to technical hiring. The ideal candidate must be based in Hyderabad and should be comfortable hiring for core IT, Cloud, AI, DevOps, Data, and Python-based roles, with a clear understanding of technical requirements beyond just keywords.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)
• Hands-on hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data & Python roles
• Strong understanding of IT concepts (AI, Cloud, DevOps, APIs, Databases)
• Requirement gathering & JD clarity with Hiring Managers
• Boolean sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
• Initial technical screening, candidate engagement & negotiation
• Interview coordination, MIS tracking & pipeline building

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience (Mandatory)
• Strong IT & technical fundamentals
• Experience hiring only technical roles
• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
• Hyderabad-based candidates only (WFO mandatory)
