We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter with strong experience in IT sourcing and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, strong understanding of IT technologies, and experience handling technical requirements across various domains.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong IT sourcing skills
• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and skillsets
• Experience in screening technical profiles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

• Source profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, and references
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Screen and evaluate technical candidates
• Coordinate interviews and client interactions
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database
• Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience hiring for Java, QA, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, UI, and Full Stack roles
• Experience working with clients/direct hiring
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
