Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Recruiter (Domestic) with one of our client in Hyderabad. The IT Recruiter will focus on recruiting top IT talent by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, facilitating the hiring process, and building a network of skilled IT professionals. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying qualified technical talent, partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, and achieving successful recruitment outcomes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, engaging, and onboarding candidates effectively
• Prior experience with TCS or Infosys Accounts are preferred
• Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify and attract top technical talent
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to meet client needs
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in IT staffing or technical recruiting is a considerable advantage
