About The Role
We are looking for dynamic and motivated
IT Recruiters to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, enthusiasm for sourcing top tech talent, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand client/job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, etc.
- Conduct resume screening, preliminary interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring metrics.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
- Build and maintain candidate networks for future hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 05 years of experience in IT recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following:
- Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed
- ATS/CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
