Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location : Bangalore

Job Summary
: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in recruiting for product companies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent to meet our growing needs. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can navigate the dynamic landscape of IT recruitment within the product industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates with a focus on product development roles.
2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit within product organizations.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and departmental goals to effectively fill positions.
4. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of potential talent.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights for recruitment strategies.
6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, fostering a positive employer brand.
7. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources from reputed B-Schools and B. Tech in Computer Science would be preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on product companies.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles within the product development space.
Strong understanding of current industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
