Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter – APAC

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad


Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment, specifically across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, familiarity with regional hiring practices, and the ability to manage multiple roles across different countries and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across APAC (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical assessments
  • Coordinate interviews across different time zones in APAC
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers, compensation, and closing candidates
  • Stay updated on APAC hiring trends, labor laws, and market intelligence
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (APAC hiring preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
  • Experience working with multiple APAC countries (e.g., Singapore, Australia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, etc.)
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Seek, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of regional employment laws and hiring practices is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a staffing agency or global delivery model
  • Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
