About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedIT Recruiterwith strong experience in hiring forniche and hard-to-find technical skill sets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to successfully close specialized IT positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and niche technology roles.
  • Source candidates using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate technical talent to match job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track all recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with HR and project teams to understand specific technical requirements.
  • Provide weekly recruitment status reports to the leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related fields (preferred).
  • 23 years of experiencein IT recruitment with a focus onniche/specialized skills(e.g., BRM, Cloud, DevOps, Python, OSS, AI/ML etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT terminologies and technology trends.
  • Hands-on experience with hiring tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive timelines.
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience recruiting for service-based companies or startups.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
