Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media for outreach
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
