Role Overview
We're hiring an IT Recruiter to drive endtoend hiring for technology roles across Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud/SRE, Cybersecurity, QA/Automation, and Product/Agile. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to shape role definitions, build highquality pipelines, and deliver a bestinclass candidate experience while meeting timetofill and qualityofhire goals.
Key Responsibilities
Intake & Role Definition
- Run structured intake sessions with hiring managers; define musthave skills, success profile, interview plan, and timeline.
- Convert hiring manager inputs into a marketready JD using inclusive language
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri/Foundit, internal mobility/IJP, referrals, communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow), and targeted outreach.
- Use Boolean search, market mapping, and talent intelligence to identify passive candidates for niche/hardtofill roles.
Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct HR screens for role fit, communication, compensation/notice period, and risk/compliance checks per hiring guidelines.
- Calibrate with interview panels; ensure consistent evaluation and timely feedback collection.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Own interview scheduling logistics (panels, reschedules, timezone alignment) using GoodTime; ensure CV/JD are attached to invites and ATS profiles are complete. 45
- Maintain a hightouch candidate experienceclear expectations, prep guidance, and timely updates.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Present offers, negotiate, and secure acceptances; ensure documentation completeness and BGV initiation in line with process.
- Keep ATS hygiene impeccablesource tagging, dispositioning, inclusive form updates, and status accuracy. 6
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Track and improve funnel metrics (submittalsinterview ratio, interviewoffer ratio, offer acceptance rate, timetofill).
- Maintain JD inclusivity and integrity (e.g., do not overstate Textio scores; adhere to compliance expectations). 27
Required Qualifications
- 310 years of fullcycle recruiting for technical roles in product/IT services/consulting environments.
- Proven success hiring across at least three of: Backend (Java/.NET), Frontend (React/Angular), Data (Power BI/SQL/Python), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps/SRE, Cybersecurity, QA/Automation.
- Handson experience with ATS (e.g., iCIMS) and interview scheduling tools (e.g., GoodTime).
- Strong sourcing chops: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri/Foundit, referrals, and niche communities; comfort with Boolean/Xray search and market mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and written/verbal communication.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Speed & Accuracy in highvolume and priority searches; datadriven decisionmaking using ATS reports.
- Integrity & Compliance mindset (JD inclusivity, accurate scoring, timely documentation).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pivot quickly to changing business needs.
