Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Proposal Writer with 35 years of hands-on experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for IT / Software services. The candidate will work remotely and must have their own laptop with a stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare end-to-end IT proposals (RFP, RFQ, RFI)
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear, persuasive proposals
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Technical teams
- Write solution descriptions, scope of work, timelines, and pricing content
- Ensure proposals meet quality, branding, and deadline standards
- Edit, proofread, and format proposals professionally
Required Skills:
- 35 years of experience as an IT / Software Proposal Writer
- Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, cloud, ERP, digital marketing, etc.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Experience with RFP/RFQ documentation
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
