IT - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution of strategic goals across the organization. The individual will also have experience in data architecture responsibilities and relevant work experience in managing complicated software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being a project lead needs to expert Agile and SDLC project execution methodologies.
• The Project Lead will also be responsible for leading a technical team to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand and align with the initiatives at the organization level
• Identify the technical impact of those initiatives within your the group
• Plan strategies and identify tangible solutions that define success.
• Maintain Risk tracker and work on risk mitigation for project delivery
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training materials
• Report progress to leadership
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in technology and best practices
• Participate in technical discussion, requirement discussion as to bridge the gaps between Business and IT
• Maintaining data consistency across an organisation, resolving data-related issues, and liaising with stakeholders to align data practices with business objectives.
• Experience with data governance, and a solid understanding of data quality principles are essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex data concepts effectively

• Design, develop, and maintain data streaming architecture and processes to enable real-time data processing and analytics.
• Develop data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
