We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and support to team members.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditure aligns with forecasts and identifying any potential risks or issues.
  • Procure resources and materials necessary for project completion, ensuring their timely availability.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and obstacles, and develop strategies to mitigate or resolve them.
  • Proactively address any challenges that may arise during project execution, ensuring minimal impact on timelines or quality.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and any deviations from the plan.
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication regarding project progress, risks, and changes.

Quality Control & Delivery

  • Ensure that projects meet the established quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and provide recommendations for process improvements based on lessons learned.
  • Master's degree in business administration
  • At least 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in Ed Tech
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must have handled International Projects
  • Proficiency in PM Tools (MS Project, Jira)
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus

  • The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
