We are looking for : IT Project Manager
You'll make an impact by:
- Lead project planning, timeline tracking, and landmark reporting to support timely delivery across Digital Industries IT.
- Create clear project status updates, performance reports, and meeting documentation that keep partners aligned.
- Supervise progress against plans, identify roadblocks early, and support teams in resolving delivery impediments.
- Enable quality and compliance across the defined demand management process and established project methodologies.
- Support risk identification, documentation, and mitigation planning to improve project control and delivery confidence.
- Analyse system metrics and user feedback to help prioritise critical technical projects.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, actions, and follow-ups to improve transparency and team productivity.
- Maintain functional documentation, requirements summaries, and as-is/to-be process maps within the Anaplan SPM/ICM portal.
You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Bring 5–8 years of hands-on experience in project management within IT or technology delivery environments.
- Apply a strong understanding of Anaplan technology, documentation practices, and scalable business planning solutions.
- Support application or implementation activities with practical knowledge of delivery, support, and partner coordination.
- Collaborate with Value Stream Leads, Release Managers, product owners, project managers, and line management.
- Use analytical skills to translate business needs, system metrics, and user feedback into actionable insights.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English with international, multi-functional teams.
- Demonstrate intercultural sensitivity and appreciative communication while working across global teams.
