Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in PLM systems, specifically Siemens Teamcenter, to lead and deliver Engineering IT projects in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Engineering IT / PLM projects with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes
  • Create, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, engineering stakeholders, and third-party vendors
  • Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure alignment with business and engineering stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to global teams and leadership
  • Support application management, system upgrades, and migrations related to PLM solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM
  • Solid understanding of PLM, ECAD, MCAD, or ALM systems
  • Experience managing PLM implementations, enhancements, or migrations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Engineering IT or Manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to Agile / Hybrid project management methodologies
  • Vendor and third-party management experience
