Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / SAFe Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects and facilitating Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe framework, to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Implement SAFe principles and practices effectively within the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in IT project management or as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and/or SAFe certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ITIL framework.
