About The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 4–5+ years of experience to lead software development projects for both internal products and international clients. You will manage a cross-functional team of six members and act as the primary bridge between clients and the technology division.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including scope, timelines, delivery, and budget.
Coordinate with clients for project updates, feedback, and deliverables.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers and designers.
Break down technical tasks, allocate resources, and track progress using JIRA.
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery using Agile methodologies.
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
4–5+ years of experience in IT project management.
Mandatory experience in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain projects.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in JIRA for project planning and tracking.
Experience managing modular architecture or microservices-based projects.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a technical team.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (any one required).
Understanding of Frontend: VueJS, ReactJS, NextJS.
Understanding of Backend: NodeJS, NestJS, Python.
Understanding of Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL.
Basic understanding of AWS cloud.
Familiarity with Flutter for Android is a plus.
