Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also meeting the needs of our stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close IT projects according to deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for project activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in IT project management or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
