Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Oversee multiple IT and cloud-based projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
Technical Leadership
- Implement and manage check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and messaging systems
- Integrate systems with DCS, CUTE, APIS, BRS, and AODB
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee solution integration
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, airlines, airports, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Negotiate contracts, manage resources, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and present performance reports, establish KPIs, and monitor operational performance
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Drive process improvements to optimize system performance and enhance passenger experience
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety guidelines, and industry standards
- Conduct system testing, validation, and reporting of launched products
