Role Overview

We are seeking a resultsdriven IT Project Manager to lead and oversee digital initiatives from initiation through delivery within the utilities and energy industry. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that support operational and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and deliver digital and IT projects aligned to business and operational goals.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including IT, engineering, functional teams, and data science.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure business and technical requirements are met.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project team members.
• Collaborate closely with regional digital leadership to manage delivery teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-6 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years delivering software or digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly structured, detailoriented, and delivery focused.
• Strong team player who fosters collaboration and a positive working culture.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  
  

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience delivering projects within the energy, utilities, or environmental services sector.
• Experience working on public sector or linked projects.
• Team or delivery management experience.
