Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, or banking-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
Experience managing projects involving regulatory, compliance, or cybersecurity-related requirements.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and controls, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Experience in banking or financial services environments.
Exposure to cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or compliance-related initiatives.
Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as IAM, PAM, SOC, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management.
Familiarity with CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, or similar enterprise security and identity management platforms.
Ability to work effectively with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Cybersecurity stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.
Lead projects with cybersecurity-related workstreams and coordinate with cybersecurity subject matter experts to ensure successful delivery.
Track remediation activities and ensure alignment with organizational security and regulatory requirements.
The role is responsible for leading and delivering technology initiatives within the banking environment, with a focus on project management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
