Educational qualification:
- Graduate Engineer/Diploma holder in any stream
Professional Experience:
- Proven working experience of minimum 7 years for deployment of various IT Infrastructure. (Please exclude software project managers)
- Should be familiar with Fire alarm system and Firefighting system and PA ( Public address system) and IBMS ( Intelligent building management system), hands on, design and architecture experience is highly desirable
- Should have executed multiple projects particularly new office premise, commercial building
Job Description / Job Requirements:
- Overall Project management of IT infrastructure and Coordination for existing IT setup that will include (IT Project Roll Out / Implementation)
- Responsible for planning, designing, scheduling of projects with consultants and executing the same with the help of selected SI partner
- Raising PR based on IT assessment for all the projects
- Responsible for following up with purchase department for PO release, Coordinating with various IT vendors for delivery of material, its storage, inventory assessment
- Responsible for implementation of the project as per the IT design plan and coordinating with Architect, Internal Team, SI Partner etc.
- Planning, Organizing, directing and controlling activities and resources required to carry out multiple, simultaneous IT infrastructure project and supporting activities involved in multi-disciplinary teams
- Sharing and aligning plans with functional stake holders about IT systems and processes
- Responsible for hiring IT components like Network Cabling (Horizontal and vertical), hub room designing and building network system, racking mounting, switch configuration, WI-FI AP deployment, IPT etc. as a part of project execution.
- Managing documentation of PR/PO, Challans, Installation reports, configuration reports, test reports, site certification, Agreements, AMC's / Contract rate for IT equipment.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with respective stake holders for IT Project Roll out & implementation.
- Responsible for doing documentation, tendering process and RFP, preparing comparative analysis of technical know-how for Finalisation
- Tracking purchases, delivery and giving approval for bills processing of vendors to Purchase dept.
- Scheduling and planning downtime for system implementation & integration for ongoing projects
- Following best process for the project management, documentation and complying with audit requirement
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time
- Design and validation of BOQs for FAPA, FF & Intelligent building management system
- Need to work with architect, MEP and other consultants for the effective implementation, tracking, successful completion and handover to operation team.
