Are you ready to be the driving force behind IT infrastructure project governance across the APAC region As the PMO Program Manager for our APAC IT Infrastructure Deployment team, you'll orchestrate demand management, portfolio visibility, and executive reporting that enables seamless delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives across multiple time zones.
Key job responsibilities
Serve as the primary PMO Program Manager for APAC IT infrastructure deployment projects and ServiceNow SPM-based governance
. Own and maintain project governance frameworks ensuring all infrastructure deployments adhere to organizational standards and compliance requirements
. Manage demand pipeline and project portfolios within ServiceNow SPM ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project records
. Create executive dashboards and develop custom reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and AWS Quick Suite
. Define and maintain template standards for consistent project documentation and reporting
. Conduct project health assessments and facilitate Weekly Operational Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews
. Maintain Risk/Issue logs, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution
. Serve as central point of contact for project inquiries prepare executive status reports and escalate critical issues proactively
. Collaborate effectively with team members across EU and AMER time zones
. Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, benchmarking industry best practices, and conducting lessons learned sessions

. Senior Leadership: Sr Mgr APAC DPM, regional IT leadership, steering committees
. Cross-functional Teams: Operations and procurement teams.
Your typical day: Review demand pipeline and project portfolio status in ServiceNow SPM, update executive dashboards and risk logs, facilitate Weekly Operational Review meetings, coordinate with EU and AMER counterparts on global initiatives, prepare Monthly Business Review presentations, conduct project health assessments, and escalate critical blockers to leadership.
About the team
Our APAC IT Infrastructure Deployment Program Management (DPM) team partners with global Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, IT Engineers, and senior leadership to deliver infrastructure projects that power business operations. Through ServiceNow SPM-driven governance, proactive risk management, and cross-functional collaboration spanning APAC, EU, and AMER regions, we transform complex deployment programs into predictable, high-quality outcomes. We establish frameworks, dashboards, and processes that keep leadership informed and projects on track.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
