It Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on developing innovative technology solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to inform product direction.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new products or features.
• Create and maintain product documentation including roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product status and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Technical background with understanding of software development processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
