It Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team in India. Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through various channels including surveys, interviews, and feedback.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop product specifications and user stories to guide the development team.
• Monitor product performance and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6-11 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Proficient in using product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Experience in working with UX/UI design teams to create user-friendly products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
