IT Procurement 4-7Yrs

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Oversee and manage all sourcing activities assigned
• Provide recommendations on sourcing strategy and advise best practices
• Ensure appropriate pricing strategy to secure competitive terms for future purchases
• Negotiate with vendors from both financial and legal perspective
• Liaise with in-house Legal and ensure contracts are executed within the project timelines
• Change control assessment and negotiation as required
• Produce weekly activity and savings reporting to the Management
• Project status/update documentation in accordance with the Firm's requirements
• Utilize Ariba eSourcing and other Firm systems & portals
• Perform other duties as required by the Sourcing tower leads
• Align with category lead on project initiatives and execute on regional level.

MUST HAVE:

• Managed indirect IT procurement, including software, hardware, cloud services, and consulting.
• Experienced in framing contracts, with legal, and finance teams.
• Worked on RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's, SOW, MSA
• SAP Ariba, 8 to 9 months hands on
• Decent Communication
• Involved in negotiation - if higher budget (above 50 k USD), management was in involved. Was also part of negotiation calls.

• Consultant, experienced in IT Sourcing
• Experienced in Contract management: drafting & review
• Worked on RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's, SOW, MSA
• SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, CLM
• 8 to 10 projects in a month
• Decent Communication - little MTI
• Cost Savings of around 60 to 70 K USD
• Involved in Negotiation - 60000 USD cost reduction
