We are seeking an IT - PMO Professional with 3-7 years of experience to join our team in India. This role will involve supporting project managers in the execution of IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and any issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding project updates and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
