Solution Design & Configuration
- Configure the ICI platform to align with our unique contract management workflows
- Design and implement contract templates, clause libraries, and attributes that reflect our business needs
- Build approval workflows and business rules that enforce our compliance requirements
- Create intuitive forms and user interfaces using Icertis configuration tools
- Execute data migration from our legacy systems into the Icertis platform
System Integration & Technical Implementation
- Support integration between Icertis and our existing business systems (ERP, CRM, e-signature solutions)
- Implement and test API connections following established patterns
- Configure system connectors to ensure seamless data flow across our technology ecosystem
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide technical solutions
- Document integration configurations for knowledge retention and future maintenance
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for all implemented functionality
- Perform thorough testing of configured components and customizations
- Support user acceptance testing by addressing technical issues in real-time
- Document test results and implement resolution steps for any identified defects
- Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation process
Implementation & User Support
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions with our business stakeholders
- Contribute technical insights to our solution design discussions
- Follow established project methodologies while adapting to our organizational needs
- Create clear documentation for ongoing support and knowledge transfer
- Provide technical guidance during user training and system adoption

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, or related technical roles
- Experience with enterprise software implementations preferred
- Icertis certification or Willingness to obtain Icertis certification within the first six months
