IT & Operations Executive

We're hiring a hands-on IT & Operations Executive to work closely with leadership in a fast-growing IT services environment.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll manage real client work - from websites and servers to day-to-day operations. If you enjoy solving problems and working across tech + business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Manage and maintain WordPress & Shopify websites (updates, plugins, troubleshooting)

2.⁠ ⁠Handle VPS/server management, DNS, SSL, and hosting coordination

3.⁠ ⁠Set up and troubleshoot devices, systems, and email services (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

4.⁠ ⁠Support client communication, follow-ups, and coordination

5.⁠ ⁠Assist with calendar management and daily operations

6.⁠ ⁠Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery

7.⁠ ⁠Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations

Who Should Apply

1.⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in IT support / website management / operations

2.⁠ ⁠Freshers with strong technical skills and practical exposure can apply

3.⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with WordPress, hosting, or email configuration preferred

4.⁠ ⁠Good communication skills (English + Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)

5.⁠ ⁠Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do
