Key Responsibilities
- Own IT operations end-to-end: buy provision support secure retire
- Run identity and access: SSO/MFA, user lifecycle, least-privilege enforcement
- Manage endpoints and devices: laptops/mobiles, MDM, patching, asset tracking
- Operate core systems: email, productivity suite, conferencing, VPN/network
- Own security hygiene: policies, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident readiness
- Standardize tools and the stack: choose what scales, simplify what doesnt
- Support office infrastructure: Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, printers, new office setups
- Build documentation and playbooks; run a dependable, measurable helpdesk motion
Qualifications And Experience
- 2+ years in IT administration/IT ops with growing scope and ownership
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent experience; relevant certs a plus (e.g., AZ-104, Okta, JAMF, Network+)
- Hands-on experience across identity (Okta/Azure AD/M365), MDM (Intune), endpoint security, and patch orchestration
- Strong background operating collaboration suites (Microsoft 365), conferencing platforms, and VPN/network gear
- Demonstrated experience hardening environments (MFA, device compliance, CIS benchmarks) and responding to incidents
- Proven track record building/maintaining asset inventory, joinermoverleaver processes, and access reviews
- Comfort supporting a growing firm (60100 people) with global needs and high pace
