What You'll Do
- You will join the technology support team that provides Level 2 support for our Firm's Research platforms.
- Handle software upgrades and releases
- Manage all production platforms
- Liaise with developers, other Point72 technology groups, and end-users
- Design and implement tools and reports to help make the department more efficient
- Support trading systems during incidents, including both remediating the issue and ensuring ongoing communication with end-users and stakeholders
What's Required
- 3+ years of application support experience within the financial services industry
- Proven experience supporting Windows-based applications, including installation and configuration
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows application performance, compatibility, and connectivity.
- Experience with job scheduling preferred
- Ability to work in a global team, with flexibility in times and shifts worked.
