*IT Manager*
Location: DaryaGanj, Delhi, India
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, Alternate Saturdays Off)
Industry Preference: Broking / Financial Services
*About the Role*
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager with deep expertise in managing IT infrastructure, trading platforms, and colocation environments within the broking industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with NSE & BSE colocation, RMS activities, exchange compliance, and management of trading applications such as ODIN, Greeks, and Algo platforms.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage IT infrastructure for NSE, BSE, MCX, and NCDEX networks.
- Handle ODIN Manager, CHIEF, Symphony Admin, and ensure smooth RMS activity, client surveillance, and intraday auto square-off in CTCL Admin.
- Support users on applications, networks, and hardware/software installations.
- Oversee and maintain colocation services (NSE & BSE Exchange), ensuring compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.
- Administer and troubleshoot Algo Trading Platforms, ATS (Automated Trading Systems), Nest Trader, and GETS by GreekSoft.
- Manage exchange compliances: System Audit, Cyber Security, VAPT, ACR, RBS, Internal Audit, Net Worth, Client Funding, Enhanced Supervision, STP Gate Utility, NSE-ENIT Platform, and vendor collocation approvals.
- Administer VMware ESXi & vCenter environments, perform VM creation, cloning, P2V & V2V conversion, vMotion, and storage vMotion.
- Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall Firewalls, Cisco routers, VLANs on Cisco & HP ProCurve switches.
- Ensure smooth functioning of arbitrage setups with large user bases.
- Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and networks.
*Mandatory Skills*
- Colocation experience on NSE & BSE Exchange.
- Expertise in trading applications (ODIN, Greeks, Algo platforms, RMS activity).
- Strong knowledge of exchange compliances and IT audits.
- Advanced experience in networking, firewalls, and virtualization (VMware).
- Prior experience working with a broking firm is mandatory.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a trading environment.
- Ability to manage large-scale IT infrastructure with multiple client connections (LAN, VPN, Internet).
- Knowledge of automated/manual arbitrage setups.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
