Assistant Manager, Internal IT

As Assistant Manager, Internal IT, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of company IT infrastructure. You will be defining policies and processes, implement monitoring solutions. Work with hardware, software and IT services companies for contract negotiations, product evaluation, and deployments. You will be managing a team IT professionals to manage Networking, desktops, laptops, LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPN, Active directory, etc.

An ideal candidate will possess following:

1. 2 years of experience managing company internal IT in a small to mid sized company.
2. 4 years of IT experience.
3. Ability to lead a team of IT professionals
4. Strong understanding of networking and implementation of LAN, WAN, etc.
5. Experience implementing VPN, ISP failover strategy.
6. Strong experience in Windows and Linux platforms.
7. Experience getting new IT vendors, price negotiations, contract negotiations, etc.
8. Experience with network monitoring tools.
9. Experience implementing IT policies.
10. Very good written and verbal communication.
11. Very good project management skills.
12. Excellent team player
