Skills & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.
- Ensure high system availability, data security, and business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery practices.
- Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues within agreed SLAs.
- Administer Microsoft 365 / email systems, user access controls, Active Directory, and endpoint security.
- Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, VPNs, and security configurations.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and ISPs for support and procurement.
- Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Support business applications (ERP/CRM/Service tools) and recommend technology improvements.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
- Ensure periodic audits, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices are followed.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certification
ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent.
