About the Role
We are looking for an IT Manager who understands that in a modern workspace, technology is not a back-office function it is the backbone of the member experience.
This is a role for someone who takes personal ownership of uptime, security, and seamless connectivity across every corner of the centre. Someone who plans, executes without gaps, and holds themselves accountable when something isn't working before a member has to say a word.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain the full network infrastructure LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls across all workspaces.
- Ensure high-speed, reliable internet connectivity is a given, not a goal.
- Manage access control systems, meeting room technology, and CCTV integrations.
- Plan and implement IT upgrades, expansions, and new technology solutions with precision.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, passive components, and connectivity issues with urgency and follow-through.
- Manage the IT helpdesk raise, track, and close tickets with discipline.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
- Monitor system alerts and act on them proactively not reactively.
- Publish monthly health reports and maintain SOPs and knowledge documentation.
- Support technology requirements for events, meetings, and smart office tools.
- Create and maintain system architecture diagrams, network layouts, and security infrastructure documentation for every site.
IT Security & Compliance
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures firewalls, antivirus, and data protection.
- Ensure secure, well-structured access for members, including guest networks and authentication protocols.
- Conduct regular system backups and maintain a credible disaster recovery plan.
- Always ensure full compliance with company IT policies and data privacy standards.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with ISPs, hardware vendors, and service providers to maintain SLAs without exception.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies that can meaningfully enhance the member experience.
- Build and manage vendor relationships with commercial discipline and accountability.
Member Experience & New Site Setup
- Assist in onboarding new members with IT setup guidance making the first day seamless.
- Recommend innovative IT solutions tailored to the co-working environment.
- Plan, execute, and prepare BOQs for end-to-end IT implementation of new office launches active and passive components both.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials are strongly preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Deep expertise in networking Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN with Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto experience preferred.
- Prior experience in office setup, co-working environments, or new site launches.
- Customer-centric mindset you understand that every IT decision has a member at the end of it
- Clear communicator and effective coordinator across teams and vendors.
- Willing to travel or work across locations when required.
