Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and running efficiently.

2. Team Leadership

• Manage and supervise the IT team such as system administrators, support engineers, and developers.
• Assign tasks, provide training, and monitor team performance.

3. IT Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan upgrades, system improvements, and new technology adoption.

4. System Security

• Ensure data security and protect company systems from cyber threats.
• Implement security policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

5. Technical Support Management

• Oversee helpdesk and technical support services.Ensure quick resolution of IT issues faced by employees.

6. Budget Management

• Manage the IT department budget.
• Approve purchases of hardware, software, and IT services.

7. Vendor and Software Management

• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Manage software licenses and service agreements.

8. Project Management

• Lead IT projects such as system implementation, cloud migration, or software deployment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
